Low Fidelity Wireframe Practice

So, I believe going back to the basics should be a must when devoting yourself to any discipline. Even as a senior, you can always learn something new from the simplest topics because you go back to them with different eyes, a different perspective and, hopefully, a renewed humbleness.

I’ve just finished this long project for a wine company (I didn’t sample too much of the product while designing. I promise.), and I realized just how crucial it is to do as many user tests as possible. User testing, of course, requires constant low and mid-fidelity wireframing. Which, in turn, requires high commitment, but low attachment; it requires tons of speed-designing, but with quality.

And that is why I’m doing this exercise, because I want to practice the ability of being clear enough when designing low fidelity wireframes, but also fast. So here is a design. As you can see, the plan is to find out if you can tell what app I’m reverse-engineering for my wireframes. If so, maybe I’ve grown a little during the past months.

So, without further ado, here goes a fun and simple reverse-engineering wireframe.

Here are some screens of the project.

So, can you guess what the app is?

I have this dream of becoming a renaissance man. I want to master as many disciplines as I humanly can because I think what you have to teach me is fundamental.
